Shipping policy
This Shipping Policy explains how FLY (HK) ELECTRONICS LIMITED (富世創電子有限公司), trading as Chip-seek, arranges delivery of electronic components under the terms confirmed for each order.
1. Order-Specific Confirmation
The quotation or order confirmation states the destination, named port or delivery point, shipment method, charges and expected dispatch or delivery window. Catalogue visibility does not by itself reserve inventory or create a delivery commitment.
2. Fulfilment Source
Orders may be fulfilled from Chip-seek's warehouse-held inventory or through a reviewed sourcing channel. Warehouse allocation or sourcing-channel lead time is confirmed before the order is accepted.
3. Delivery Destinations
Delivery is arranged per order to supported destinations, subject to applicable export controls, sanctions and carrier availability. Provide the destination country and required shipment method so we can confirm the available route and delivery point.
4. Carriers and Shipment Method
The carrier and shipment method are confirmed with dispatch based on the destination, quantity, weight and delivery requirements. FOB is used only for sea or inland-waterway shipments. Air, courier and multimodal orders use the delivery and risk allocation stated in the quotation or order confirmation.
5. FOB and Import Charges
Unless the quotation or order confirmation states otherwise, sea and inland-waterway shipments are supplied FOB the named port of shipment shown in that document, Incoterms 2020. Chip-seek does not quote on a duty-paid basis. The buyer is responsible for import duties, taxes, customs clearance, brokerage and destination charges unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.
6. Dispatch and Delivery Timing
Expected dispatch and delivery windows are confirmed per order and may vary according to warehouse allocation, sourcing-channel availability, quantity, destination and carrier conditions. Timing is confirmed rather than assumed from the catalogue.
7. Split Shipments
Where operationally appropriate, Chip-seek may fulfil an order in partial or split shipments. The relevant shipment arrangement and any associated charges will be confirmed in the quotation, order confirmation or subsequent written communication.
8. Tracking
Tracking details are shared after dispatch once the shipment leaves our warehouse or the confirmed fulfilment point. Contact us with your order reference if you need a status update.
9. Delays
Any material delay affecting warehouse release, supplier availability or carrier handoff will be communicated as soon as reasonably practicable, together with revised timing and available options.
10. Delivery Issues
Report apparent appearance, quantity or incorrect-part issues within 14 calendar days after delivery in accordance with our Returns & Refunds terms. Retain the products, labels, packaging and shipment evidence while the case is reviewed.
11. Contact
For shipping questions, email sales@chip-seek.com and include the order reference and destination.
