This Privacy Policy explains how FLY (HK) ELECTRONICS LIMITED (富世創電子有限公司), trading as Chip-seek ("Chip-seek", "we", "us" or "our"), collects, uses, stores and discloses personal information when you visit chip-seek.com, submit a sourcing request or BOM, create an account, place an order, subscribe to marketing or otherwise communicate with us.

Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect business and personal contact details; company, billing and shipping information; account details; order, payment and transaction information; manufacturer part numbers, BOMs, quantities and other sourcing requirements; communications and uploaded files; marketing preferences; and device, browser, IP address, cookie and website-usage information.

We collect information directly from you, automatically through the website and Shopify platform, and from service providers or business partners involved in payments, fraud prevention, shipping, IT support or fulfilment. We may also receive business contact information from your organisation where you act on its behalf.

Where you consent, or where otherwise permitted by applicable law, we may use your business email address to send product, availability, sourcing and company updates. You can unsubscribe using the link in a marketing email or by contacting sales@chip-seek.com. Unsubscribing from marketing does not prevent operational messages about an inquiry, account, quotation or order.

5. Cookies, Analytics and Advertising Tools

The store is hosted on Shopify and uses cookies and similar technologies required for security, account access, cart, checkout, regional settings and privacy preferences. At the date of this Policy, we have not separately connected Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Pixel, Microsoft Clarity or a similar external analytics or advertising pixel. If we enable additional tools, we will update this Policy and our Cookie Policy and request consent where required.

6. How We Disclose Information

We may disclose information to Shopify and service providers that support payment processing, fraud prevention, IT, hosting, communications, inspection, fulfilment and shipping; to professional advisers; to government or law-enforcement authorities where legally required; and to another organisation in connection with a legitimate corporate transaction.
