With more than 40 years of related industry experience, the company invested in a packaging and testing foundry and an alloy wire factory for circuit materials in Suining, Sichuan in 2010. In the same year it established a wafer design company in Chengdu to provide customized IC development, packaging/testing services and proprietary system solutions.
