Does a catalog match reserve stock?

No. A catalog match confirms the product record but does not identify the fulfilment source or reserve material. The requested quantity may be confirmed from Chip-seek's warehouse or a reviewed sourcing channel before quotation.

What does the catalog checked time mean?

It records when the storefront catalog lookup was performed. It is not a supplier inventory timestamp or a promise of availability.

Why can an earlier supplier response require rechecking?

Quantity, price, MOQ and lead time can change. A fresh check is required when the quotation expires or the requirement changes.

What if the exact MPN is not found?

Submit the complete manufacturer part number, quantity and technical context through RFQ or EOL sourcing for manual review.
